If you are using the Service on behalf of a family group, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of that group's members.
LifeStory is a family memory and life-story platform. It lets you create personal timelines, record moments (text, voice, photos), attach milestones, send messages and time capsules to family members, and use AI-assisted features such as voice transcription, photo text recognition, and story drafting. Some content may be shared publicly on the plaza if you choose to mark it Public.
You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service (including AI processing for features you use). You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
You agree not to use the Service to:
AI features (e.g., transcription, OCR, story drafting) are provided to assist you. AI output may be imperfect and should be reviewed before being relied upon. Content processed by AI is used only for the feature you request and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
